The Center for Aquatic Sciences has gone virtual! From online classrooms and summer camps, to birthday parties and Zoom meetings, our staff and animal ambassadors are ready to log in and change things up.

Zoom Meet and Greets:

Be the star of your next Zoom meeting! $75 for a 15 min Meet and Greet with animals like Mortimer the Screech Owl, or Needles the Pine Snake.

When do I pay?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is due 3 weeks after booking the program. Payment in full is due 2 weeks before the program. PO’s are also accepted.

What Are My Responsibilities?
We have a Zoom account that we use regularly to host virtual programs. The contact person booking the program is responsible for distributing the link to all their participants. If you prefer to use a different platform or have other questions, contact us at outreach@aquaticsciences.org

What if I need to cancel?

• Programs cancelled with more than three weeks’ notice will receive a full refund excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Programs cancelled with less than three weeks’ notice will receive a credit towards future program booked within one full calendar year.
  

Will you customize a program for me?
We are happy to customize programs for a specific age group or create a new lesson to fit your needs. Please note, with customization prices may vary.
